Cancelation of Registration

Hello, i need help urgently as Rosebank is about to make me pay for the course that i cancelled, my son registered with them in jan, later he was accepted at university and i went to cancel with them, they send they cant help me on campus i should send an email to ***h i did, the email bounced back, i went back they send me back with another email [email protected] sent email same thing happened, i went back again the lady from finance at RC Pretoria told me that there is nothing she can do for me i must just wait they will eventually respond, till today i never received any feedback and the classes started today my son is still registered with them no cancelation was made and i am sure come month end they will want me to pay the fees, I WILL NOT PAY THIS FEES I HAVE EMAIL PROOF OF CANCELATION , i am tired of up and down going to RC Pretoria, a little feedback would have been helped but hey no one cares as long as you paid them you meant nothing to them, i also send an email for refund no respond till today.
