I received very excellent service as I always got the assistance I required with regards to receiving textbooks. Whenever I requested for textbooks I'd always receive them with a smile and she was always willing to assist me and also was kindenough to allow me to extend the time for lending if I wasn't done with my school work. I received great assistance with a smile and with a willing heart everytime.
