My student portal has been blocked but I finished paying my fees in July. I’ve been trying to go to the finance department but there’s never anyone available on Saturdays when I attend. I even went this past Saturday and Athi from the 11th floor sent an email to the people from finance but still nothing. This is soo frustrating because I can’t see my final marks because of this issue. They are always quick to block the portal.
