Bill of cost/Invoice

Rosebank is *********** people honestly, Ive always paid my fees and never missed a payment but last year I paid for a module that was phased out so I requested for a refund of 3790 from August till January, I received the refund on February and the amount was increased because the lady that assisted me at that time told me the school owed me and amount 7900 which later when they did refund me that amount, just after few months they told me I was overcharged so I need to refund them back the difference , but now I’m being overcharged on the difference but they claiming they have made adjustments. Honestly the service is bad when coming to finances, also their communication is so bad you need to follow them around forgetting you also spending money on transportation and calls over nothing.
