Bad staff with poor administration skills
IIE need to hire people with skills that match their requirements, last year 2025 I received an email from the college that I can write a deffered exam as I had power outage when I was about to write my exam, but I'm shocked to receive an email that my application for deffered exam was declined, clearly someone is not doing their job I want my results I cannot afford to repeat this module yet I wrote the exam I want my results for this exam.
