Bad service RC Online

I had called the online team regarding my results because it says i have supp but when i check my report card marks it shows that they did enter my assignment 1 marks and that way it says i have supp although i did the assignment and i got the marks and on my report card the marks was not showing i called the service and also entered a ticket regarding the problem and they haven’t gotten back to me regarding the problem and they said I should go to the campus and they couldn’t help me regarding the marks because I’m an online student and the staff member at the campus tried calling and assist but they couldn’t because get ahold of the online team.
