bad service no willing to help external people

<p>i have been working for Rosebank College since 2 ********** , i have requested them to help me with the copies of my IRP5 for 2008,2010 and 2011 since last month( February) and i havent been assisted since then its was only this week i was told that the information is not yet available and they were doing me a favor to look for these things the attitude of the lady at Advtech is unbelievable for someone that works at HR as much as they say they are doing me favor a query cannot take a whole month and two weeks. i have also requested these from Grant thompson and it only took them 15min to retieve that infromation am not sure what kind of values do they have that differers from any company, the deadline for me to submitt is tomorrow and if they dont send me these documents by COB today i will be pernalised and i feel that it is unfair for me to wait this long for such information and i used to work for these company and i know how good the internal and external servise is i am very dissapointed. somebody please help </p>
