Bad service

I am highly disappointed in Rosebank service, i was accepted on 2025-02-07 and accepted the offer i have been allocated a lady by the name of Nomasonto who i profusely requested her to send me a quotation or invoice which is needed by fundi to help me with my loan to date i still have not received the quote i have called the call center without no luck i was really not expecting such bad service mind you classes are staring on monday meaning my chances to study are doomed 😭😭😭
