Bad service ever

I am not happy with Rosebank as today I came to Rosebank 8 floor with they assistant online student as I submitted my Assignment late it supposed to be submitted on the 6 May 2026 then I submitted on the 8 May 2026 in that day I thought it my submission day ,My lecture she doesn’t have problem waiting for approval for hub to mark my Assignment, they told me I must have proof like maybe sick note why should I lay claim sick ,as I mention I submitted Administrative Law on the 6 even there was 254hours Assessment on the 8 for Non Financial Management ,it is unfair for us those we work because it frustrate after work we need to lock in at 8pm and time for submission is 23hoo impossible,I feel that that how I am going to right exam with 0%no curse mark as also Economics it is difficult ,so o decided to take refund to go to other institution second semester,I think dey take my problem just personal and unfair for me.From Hazel Molopa,I'd ***my no ***
