Bad service ever

My grand daughter studies at ROSEBAN BANK COLLEGE BRAMFONTEIN on the 28th april she was supose to write a test, to find out she forgot her student number, they send her to pillar to post for allowing her to write , finally after she was given a chance to writte it was too late for her , then she was advice to apply for wriwrite which she did on the 1st of mei and the email was sent to hersaying approved, on the 4th she went to student potal massage sayas suspended, to day I tried to call them to find out what is goinng I called 7 times I cant pass the reception when ever she transfere me after holding for 5 to 10 minuts the phone get card off, and their phone rings for long before they answer, I dont know what to do , it is very frustrating because we want to know abouth this problem.
