BAD SERVICE

I am not very happy with service provided as Rosebank college. As a former student I tried several times to contact Rosebank college in Braamfontein to assist with sending my transcript as I cannot access my portal anymore. I tried sending an email to *** since my initial email was forwaded to her but still no reply, in order to futher my studies I need a transcript and applications are closing next week. I am sooooo disappointed to tye core.
