Bad service and no communication at all!

I am a student at RC college online, my student number (***3). I was suppose to be doing my final year, last year until this happened. To complete my qualification (bachelor of public administration), I needed to complete 5 modules. -research practice -political science -public administration-digital citizenship -economics 1A.

With my research practice firstly my marks were not all loaded and that resulted in a SUP for me. I had to call and call to David to have it sorted out for two and a half weeks. Until they stopped answering my call because they apparently moved offices and landlines were not working. My emails were ignored aswell. Eventually that was sorted only to find that I passed the module. Public administration I had passed aswell.

I have to no submit my SUP’s ( political science, economics and digital citizenship) suddenly my learn is not working at all. Lebo changed my password to see if it will make a difference and it didn’t work either. Then Stefan stepped in and changed it then it eventually got working. Now I have to complete my SUP for the three outstanding modules. And I couldn’t upload them because of the above mentioned. Which took days. Luckily my economics 1A I was able to submit because the due date was a day later after my learn started working. But unfortunate with the two.

I app**** for a special exam to complete my modules and I was told by Lebo that I can only do that if I have one or two modules outstanding. I asked for my marks for economics 1A to be released to see the outcome and take it from there. (If I qualify for special exams for the two modules that I’ didn’t submit because of my learn that wasn’t working which again was not my fault) I went through means of even having to beg my lecturer to please mark and send it through. She did and said I did very well, so I passed the module also. I have digital citizenship and political science left to complete my modules. I was not able to do the special exam for digital because I had three modules left because they failed to upload my economics mark which I passed and she said I need to have two modules to complete this action. My date for political science special exam was still available a day before they sorted this out. I travelled from kzn to gauteng to go write. When I got the the exam venue, I was not catered for. My name was not on the register and so I was told at the venue that I cannot write! Not my fault again. I told lebo and she filled in a mishap for me. And said she would give me feedback.

Its been over a month and I’m still waiting for feedback. I have all the necessary proof to back up what I’m saying! I am now expected to redo these modules at my expense although non of this was my fault and wait another year because political science is only offered in second semester.
