Bad Service

<p>Rosebank College is the worst institution to go. I wanted to transfer my sister from one campus to the next and they don't have no idea how this is done. So they say the student account is in arrears of which I decided to pay the whole amount of fees for the year and mind you its in the middle of the year. After that they said they cant do the transfer I must call the national office of which the staff did not know the number of that office...Stupid , Terrible, Ungreatful institution.</p>
