Bad Management

I wrote exams 2 months ago and have still not received my results. I have also seen that the supplementary exam had ended last month. So i guess that when i do receive my results i better hope i passed, because if i fail anything i cannot write a supplementary exam because that is done already, so i need to pay for the module again? Best part about Rosebank College is that nobody can give me any information about this either? or just simply tell me if theres anything i need to register a supplementary exam with. I also have this other module that is paid for in full that i couldnt do because it was a semester 2 module, now its semester 2 and I dont have it yet again. While registering for semester 2 i kept asking why my modules arent uploaded yet, i asked the person assisting if i wasnt missing any lectures and she said no we didnt start anything. Last week 3 of my modules got uploaded and i read messages on them that tasks and assignments are overdue. So the college is experiencing IT issues and getting on AD-V-Tech's system and all of that, but the communication is so bad that no even the lecturers know that students face these issues? So now theres things overdue, no results from exams, not all modules loaded, no chance of supplementary exams and nobody that can understand the issue. The best part is still you describing issue "X" and the person who is supposed to assist you cannot understand issue X whatsoever.
