Bad Customer Service

I am not happy with the customer Service we getting at Rosebank college. I was registered at Braamfontein Campus for Higher certificate in Office Administration in 2022 and I wanted to Register for Teaching in 2023. January Patience told me that I will have to attend at Pretoria because I have done sepedi in Matric and braamfontein doesn't offer Sepedi. She issued me an Offer Letter for Pretoria. I went to Pretoria in February to Register for Teaching and when I got to Pretoria I was told that they Can see my My application but I still need to apply for transfer and I should come back after I have written my special Exam. Yesterday 08 of march when I went back to Pretoria they gave me a Form and said they Cant assist me with that because I was supposed to do it at Braamfontein. Today on the 09th of march my Father and I went to braamfontein and Patience told me that I dont need to apply for a transfer. She log into the system under Pretoria and she was able to Register me without a transfer.

I dont understand why I had to be send to Braamfontein Campus for Something that could have been Done at Pretoria Campus. So I wasted Petrol money for something so easy which even been resolved with a phone call. It didn't even take Patience 20 Minutes to register me. why was I told to apply for transfer when it was not needed. My Father is not also Happy about this. He had to take time off from work for something so simply.
