Bad, bad, bad service

I am disappointed in Rosebank college. My son is transferred from Pretoria campus to Braamfontein campus. But up to now he don't have a profile at the college and no one want to take responsibility. He was on 11th floor on several occasion but his issues were not resolved up to now. He is being given wrong time table. Now the semester is close to an end and he did not submit any assignments or written test meaning he won't be be able to qualify to write assignments. No one knows how to resolve this issues.
