Awesome customer service

I recently app**** to study with Rosebank college for 2018.

At first it was proving to be a huddle as I am an international student ,I feared that it would take a while as they would require a lot of things.

Luckily I was assisted by Adrienne Ellapen who is a student advisor there,she constantly kept in touch with me and updating me on what was going on.I was expecting my application to take weeks but it only took a couple of days thanks to her amazing help .

It's always challenging when you are applying for something and you have no contact with whoever is I need charge with your application and it gets frustrating if you don't know what's going on.She frequently called,sent emails and WhatsApp messages to me telling me what was going on. So I was very happy with her service .

I am excited on my next step with this great institution next year
