Awaiting a Completion Letter..

I saw a review about a Completion letter issue of which I am also in the same boat... I also received an email after applying and waiting for it... stating that we were suppose to have received Completion letters by the 15 February but when I check my Stacy there is no offer letter I also asked the group chat if they received anything of which non of them did, it is very crucial and needed when applying for jobs currently but it doesn't seem like Rosebank cares about that..I even called and went to school to follow up but still nothing..can we please be assisted..
