Avoid Rosebank College!!!

Do not send you children to Rosebank College! I have registered as a returning student on the last week of January 2022. I filled in the forms and made the required payment. Since then I have been trying to get my proof of registration and I have been sent from pillar to post. Initially they said the online system was down then they said they couldn't find records of my payment then they said the person issuing the proof of registration isn't available etcetera etcetera. If there's an excuse I've heard it. Out of my desperate pleas I got a conditional proof of registration which was useless where I needed to use it. I have been unable to recieve finding and have been taken out of medical aid simply because an institution which I have paid I'm full refuses to give me proof of registration. Today I'm told I must come back on Monday, when I ask how come I'm told I am being combative. I started my qualification at Varsity College and have never had issues until I transferred to Rosebank. To all parents and prospective students, DO NOT GO TO ROSEBANK!!! I have spent 4/5 weeks trying to obtain a single piece of documentation, I'm wondering if I'll get my qualification once done with the modules now.
