Augastine: "Frustrating Experience with Rosebank College's Poor Accounting and Finance Services"

I am highly disappointed with Rosebank College’s accounting and finance services. I settled my student account in February, yet, months later, my portal remains blocked due to an incorrect installment charge. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I continue to receive inaccurate information from the finance department. The staff member handling my case has been unhelpful, providing unclear details about the escalation process and the nature of the issue. This level of incompetence and poor service is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary frustration. I expect better communication and efficiency when handling financial matters.
