Assistance with deans exam (Dorah Monaise)

Customer service: I am a student at Rosebank College and I had an online submission (deans exam) that was due, however, I did not have access to the question paper and the link that I needed to submit my work. I called the campus (Pretoria) the first time and was told to call Student hub and I still did not get assistance. I called the campus again and spoke to one of the most patient and extremely help Dorah Monaise. She went above and beyond to help me, she even calmed my nerves as I was panicking and she made I got the help I needed. I got my question paper and the link to submit my work. Truly grateful for your efforts Dorah!
