Good morning.I have funds in my college account(graduted 2024 May),I requested for the remaining funds in my account to be transfered to my niece whom is a student at rosebank college.I was informed to produce some documents in order for the transfer to go through.I did exactly that,to my suprice the money is still not transfered.Its been 7weeks.Rosebank college can you please kindly assist?
