Assessment and communication

At the start of the year I communicated with a staff member assuring me that only the Accounting exam would be written at an exam center. I was led to believe that my three other modules would be written and submitted online. Then the college sent out the assessment program that stated 3 of my modules (Business management, accounting and Math) are written at a venue. Now they changed the date from 18 June to 1 July. I emailed the college and asked if I could still write my exam on 18 June since I would not be in the country during July. The college knew of this arrangement and has yet to resolve my issue. I also do not get any response from their finance department regarding my payments. Their communication is not clear or helpful. I do not get the assistance needed.
