Arc access denied

I had an issue with accessing my ARC and using my student email, it was a back and forth process that ran over +-3 weeks. Whenever I visited the IT centre Mr Lebone would assist me with defining the issue and gave possible solutions. Logged tickets on my behalf and kept me updated. 11/04/2025- All was resolved Thank you for your patience and assistance@ Lebone
