Appraisal report

Two words for Mr.Molelo, outstanding service. If you are talking about an asset in your teaching staff then this is the guy. Not only does he grab the attention of his learners but he also engages with them and challenges them. A lecturer who truly has the respect of his learners and i believe his colleagues aswell. Not only does he create a safe space which allows students to voice their opinion but he pushes them outside their comfort zone to the perfect degree which allows for growth to occur. He gives students a reason to care and that is because he cares, a lecturer who wears his heart on his sleeve, a teacher with a heart for his students and in a perfect world he would be the standard for all teachers. Mr.Molelo is an asset wherever he goes, the students aswell as Rosebank are incredibly fortunate to have him.
