Appalling Service by Student Advisor

I’ve had the displeasure of receiving appalling service from the student advisors of Rosebank College. ( Reabetswe Maruping ) I have made full payment for the whole year and still have to beg for accurate information. I still don’t know if I’m registered or not, if iam I don’t know which modules I’m registered for. I’ve sent numerous emails which are never responded to.
