Amazing, resplendent service with my log in

I am a new student as Rosebank College, and I did not know how to navigate around the system. A gentlemen called Mulanga Musetha called and assisted me with log in credentials and setting up my authenticator. He even asssisted me with navigating around the system and also linking me to my program cordinator. His assistance was way beyond excellent. Rosebank College should really increase his salary. All students should go to him for help.
