Amazing and exceptional service=Sihle Xaba

Because of the NOT so good (bad) service I have received previously from Rose bank College, I was not expecting the excellent service I received today and Sihle changed the way I see that school today. I hope his managers know how much of an asset he is to them and because of that service he gave me many people will know Rose bank College for the good not the bad this time. I know I was clueless and asked for too many things on email but he took time to explain every little detail and made sure I understand, not even once did I feel like he is answering just to get rid of me. Within a day I am registered and I know that I will be studying next year. What he did was not just answer all the questions that I asked but he gave me hope and showed me a positive sight to life. He is very efficient, good mannered and patient, he just know how to put people first, he made seems so effortless it was like he was there to deal with only me today. The service that he gave me cannot be rated it is just out of this world, I did not know there are people like him in this world<br> Thank you Sihle<br>
