I want to give my utmost appreciation to Amanda Ndimande. I am currently enrolled at Rosebank College and have chosen distance learning. Navigating this process and selecting my modules has been a bit difficult and daunting, as it is all done remotely and not face to face. However, Amanda took her time to phone me, explain the process, calm my nerves and I immediately felt so much less stressed and eager to take on this semester, knowing she was there to guide me on the relevant steps! She followed up with an email, and communicates so well. I felt extremely heard and seen by her and her patience and kindness is so admirable! Amanda clearly cares about the students at Rosebank College, even if they aren't physically on Campus themselves, and care like this shows why choosing to further my education, through Rosebank College was the best choice!
