Allowance Delay and Unauthorized Deduction

Dear Finance Office,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the ongoing delays in the disbur*****t of our allowances. These delays are having a direct impact on us as students, particularly with regard to essential needs such as accommodation.

It has also come to our attention that 20% of our WizeBooks refund was deducted without our knowledge or consent. We request clarification on this deduction, as no explanation has been provided.

Furthermore, despite GCRA confirming that allowances have been sent to the institution, our accommodation remains unpaid. Each time we request proof of payment (POP), we are either ignored or shown documents briefly without being given proper access or confirmation. This lack of transparency leaves us in a very vulnerable position.

We urgently request the following:

1. A clear timeline for when the delayed allowances will be disbursed.

2. A full explanation for the 20% deduction from our WizeBooks refund.

3. Official proof of payment to our accommodation providers.

The delays and lack of communication are severely affecting our well-being and academic focus. We ask that these issues be resolved with urgency.
