AFFORDABILITY

First an foremost I've never enrolled at Rosebank college , I only did the application an that was all , By the first week of June Rosebank College called that in order to cancel my application I should write a letter with reasoning an send it to them , I did that - an they sent an email saying I do not owe any amount . on 06/07/2015 They sent an email saying that I owe them the entire course fee .. Like *** .. Should I pay for nothing that I've never done ? I read the terms properly an it never stated that I should pay even if I couldn't register there.<br> <br> They made it clear that I should pay R1500 before the end of 28 February 2015 in which I failed to do . Gosh! I do not even have a student card that says I'm a student there... I'm so frustrated about this<br> What is just happening to me .. This is so ****** new..
