admission to studies denied

<p>The college denies granting access to studies for "Diploma in IT in Software Development ". The student has an NC(V) qualification. According to the rosebank college website, an NC(V) qualifies the student to register for "Diploma in IT in Software Development" as per http://www.rosebankcollege.co.za/qualifications/diploma-in-it-in-software-development/AllDeliveryModes/AllCampuses. Considering that the student has the NC(V) which is equivalent to matric(the NCV is a NQF level 4), he qualifies, but the college wont grant him accesss, they want him to do a higher certificate(NQF level 5) first. Dealing with your collge has been frustrating, time wating, and money wasting. Why mention NCV as an entry requirement when you are not going to accespt the student. Trying to get help from "***", that was terrible too, the lady hang up the phone on me when I asked for her name and surname. The online chat was not helpful either in trying to clarify the admission requirements issue, they keep on referring me to the campus instead of dealing with or clarifying the issue(The user "FULUFELO" on the online chat facility was the unhelpful user).</p>
