Administrative nightmare.

I am a guardian for a young lady who has been waiting for her final senior certificate. She wrote a supplementary exam on January 11 and has still not received her marks and details. She has been to the college numerous times, to be told that her marks will be sorted out in the next few days. She is disregarded by the admin staff and all they want is for her to register and pay for the teaching degree that she is wanting to do. And they say that should her marks not be good enough she can then change to another course. This is unacceptable. How can these students be treated with such little regard in an institution such as this. I have tried calling the college numerous times. No one answers the phone. This is completely appalling. I demand attention. Should this not be forthcoming, it would make sense to move her to another institution.
