Account settled and Diploma and Transcripts still not found

I have attended Rosebank College between 2006 and 2008 for a 2year diploma in IT Programming at Rosebank College – Benoni Campus. Completed my first year in 2006 and went back for the first semester of the second year and passed the first semester, the second semester I could not go as I had financial challenges. 2008 returned and continued with the course , I found that they have changed subjects and I was told I would be doing different subjects from the ones I have enrolled for as the curriculum has changed, wrote exams but could not get my results as I was behind , I was told verbally that I passed all modules and needed to pay off the school fees so they can release and print the transcripts.

3 years later after being employed, I managed to pay off the school fees and went to get my results they told me Benoni has merged with Braamfontein and I should ask them for my transcripts and certificates.

Went and was sent from pillar to post telling me they can’t find the information from Benoni, went to Braamfontein, second time they told me I did not write the exams, went the third time and they gave me transcripts with modules I did not even write (which were cancelled).

It is with sadness that I paid R29 000 for no reason and still do not have my Diploma in IT, that I sat for in an exam room and attended classes for. 10 years later no response from Rosebank and honestly speaking I would not recommend the institution to provide such lame excuses and *********** staff that every time I go and make a query the previous has resigned, I am so frustrated as I do not have money to study and I banked on the Diploma that I never had. The sad part is even when I look for a job I cannot even use any of the documents provided as they are non-existent. Rosebank Services are so bad that I discourage people using their services.
