Access Denied - Cant login to submit assignments Due

To say I'm frustrated is an understatement - Ive been trying to login to the student portal since the this past Friday , and im denied access. Ive been calling to get help but don't seem to get any help. My student number suddenly doesn't exist on their system even though i registered paid the full year tuition and had submitted assignments 1 and gotten results as well. And now , suddenly i don't exist on their system . Someone please make it make sense
