Acceptable service from an educational institute.

This is specifically for Rosebank College Online.I studied with Rosebank college online last year and completed my HC, i then app**** for the BBA this year and i was told i could apply for credit on the modules i already did so i dont have to repeat that module. I did apply for credit and awaiting feedback. But students are being told that we still have to attend those classes and do those assignments and when the college gets back to us to say the credit is loaded then we can stop attending the classes. I dont think its fair that they telling us two different things. Why should we repeat a module if we applying to be credited for something we passed on. I think its only fair to be credited for that modules in time so that we dont start repeating the module and then halfway through semester be told we can stop,this is unacceptable. The process this year has been a disappointment with systems not working, not being able to get proper assistance from staff and calls that go unanswered. This is not the experience a student wants so early in the year or infact at all. I think credit should be loaded before you start the semester.
