Academic Transcript issue

Today, I went to Rosebank College to inquire about my transcript. They told me that because a certain module is not appearing for 2022, I have to repeat it. Nqubeko Ngubane went above and beyond to inquire about why I would need to repeat the module, especially since I have already completed and passed it. He logged a ticket with the head office to resolve the issue. I am incredibly grateful to him, as he was very patient with me and ensured the issue was addressed. He made several calls to inquire, and although they initially told him there was nothing they could do, he was determined to solve the problem.
