Academic history not found

I’m an account payer for my daughter at Rosebank college. This is my daughter’s experience: I went to Rosebank college to enquire about modules that are missing on my academic record, upon arrival I was printed a statement that showed a duplicate of some modules like Supply chain management however there are modules missing on the record namely, Corporate governance, Business management 3A, Economics 1 and HR 2B.

When I spoke to the lady, name unknown, at the 12 floor regarding these emissions she called a colleague of hers to assist her which they did not find anything.

In the year 2022 when I was doing my third year at Rosebank college I submitted for all the above modules. And the marks reflected on my RC Learn, there is also proof of submission on outlook as the institution sends acknowledgement emails upon submission.

However due to Rosebank College changing their portals to STASY there has been major issues with modules during the entire year of 2022, some modules did not appear on the portal meaning that students had to submit via email to the respective lecturers. . The emails are there as proof that the submission were done I was asked to log into my portal so that they can see if they can see otherwise, I tried to no avail and was told to go to the internal IT front desk where I was informed the due to the reason that I last registered in 2022, I could not access my portal, I first had to register then I would be able to access my portal.

To add on to the conversation I had with the lady assisting me on the 12th floor, she added that the course has been discontinued and I would have to register to a course that is most similar to the one I was doing and get credited for all the modules that I had already done
