A refreshing encounter!

I am extremely impressed with Londiwe Xaba at Rosebank College, a junior credit controller who contacted me regarding the account for my son, Joshua, (student number ST***1) who is attending the Braamfontein campus. She very patiently explained to me that they only received two payments, while I have made all the monthly relevant payments. Londiwe then requested that I send all the proof of payments to her so that she can forward it to the relevant department. The network was extremely slow and for a while we did not receive each other's emails. She kept on following up during the course of the afternoon and when she finally received my email with all the POP's, she let me know immediately and she had already forwarded it to the relevant department. She also, very graciously, pointed out that I have been using the wrong reference, therefore my payments have not been allocated. Londiwe was kind, thorough, diligent, patient and very helpful during the whole process. Thank you and 10/10 for handling the query with excellence!
