A diamond in the rough.

I have been struggling since last year to get the simplest information from this school. This isn't my first horrible encounter with this school.

The staff is usually dismissive but yesterday I spoke to a chain of dismissive people until I was transferred to a lady named Simone Killar. What a lovely lady, I had decided that I am deregistering my sister but this wonderful woman gave me the answers to every single question I had. She made sure that I understand every single thing before hanging up. My best encounter yet, she will save this school from losing students because the service she offers is impeccable.
