A College with minimal practicals

<p>I am a part-time student with rosebank college studying a higher cerificate in IT support the course has modules including A+ and N+. These two modules combined the only practicals we did was install two softwares and create user accounts for N+ that was it, for A+ no practicals. The college should have informed us the amount we paid for the course those were the only practicals covered. Is this a norm in colleges</p>
