31 FULL DAYS, NO EXAM RESULTS PROVIDED!!!

NOT EXAM RESULTS AFTER 30 FULL DAYS SINCE WRITING!!! I'm writing this with so much disappointment with the progress of our exam results. Today, the 13th JULY means we wrote the Financial Management 2A exam 31 Full days ago. STILL NO RESULTS PROVIDED!!! Your policy clearly stipulates that marks or Lecturers must mark and provide results within 3 to 10 working days. How is this policy followed? Who audits this institution? We are being treated like we are enrolling for free yet we pay full price for this.

Now, we are scheduled to write supplementary exam in the next few days, yet we don't even know if we passed, failed or do we even qualify for the supp exam. This is outrageous, and please address it immediately!
