Roos Garage Doors Port Elizabeth

I had alterations done on my house and had a garage door fitted. As it was at the coast I specified that I wanted something that wouldn't need maintenance or rust. The recommendation was a chromadek door which would be best. 3 years on and R12000 later the door has rust. Phoned the person that fitted it and after a number of calls was eventually told that the supplier , Roos Garage Doors in Port Elizabeth wouldn't replace it. I then contacted the company and spoke to a young lady who told me that they only have a 1 year guarantee and that they tell ALL their clients that they need to wash the doors every 2 weeks. ALL their clients? I was never informed. Not being happy about this she said the owner would phone me as soon as he was back. Surprise !!! No call from the owner. I understand that the door only has a 1 year warranty. So must I now replace a R12000 door every 18 months. I believe they are producing inferior quality products at inflated prices. Their website portrays the business to be quality conscious and client friendly. BULL. Another business that seems to be happy taking customers money and walking away.
