Resolved and Redeemed - Thank you

There does not seem to be a way to resolve my previous complaint or provide comments (without Facebook integration), so I am writing this compliment instead.<br> <br> My complaint was around service delivery that dragged on for two months before I had time to go to the Roos Garage offices. On Monday I met with Deon, and lodged a customer complaint in person. Deon quickly collected the facts from me and investigated the circumstances, then rejoined me to resolve the issue.<br> <br> Two days later my Garages were fixed and the team doing the install did so in a professional manner and with attention to detail.<br> <br> Thank you Deon and A.C. You have redeemed the reputation of your business and restored my faith in customer focused delivery
