Repair to automatic Garage Door Opener

Brought in a faulty garage door opener, hoping Roos will supply spares and not just tell me to buy a new one.

Lady at reception insured me that once you own an Eazylift opener, you are assured of spares and service from the company... Nice big first win for them..

My wife took the opener in to their workshop, they tested it and fixed it while she waited. Really cool... and at a very reasonable price. My wife agreed that their service was VERY friendly.

When I called the workshop to inquire about programming the unit and remotes, I was surprised by how friendly and helpful the lady was. She referred me to the information docs on their website, and then patiently talked me through the process and answered all my questions.
