Problem with Garage door

In August 2018 my wife Refilwe Mildred Ngaka) and I (Sediela Sediela)bought 20 panel wooden double garage door at Roos garage doors in Polokwane and paid them cash via EFT and they went and install the door in Mokomene Ga-Ramokgopa but in our absence because we are working in and staying in Gauteng so we sent someone to be with them when they install. in December we went home for the holiday and the person that was there when installed demonstrated to us how to open manually as we do not have electricity the door opened, but didn't want to close when closing the door got stuck half way down and we tried hard to close but the door could not close we then try harder and one panel cracked. on the 19 of December I went to Polokwane to report the matter and they told me they are fully booked and will send someone to come and see what is happening when they re-open on the 7th of January 2019. I went again on the 8th of January and they sent someone on the 9th, the person came and looked at the door and told us that the door was not installed properly and told us he does not have his tool box and told us they will send someone to come and fix but days passby without anyone coming and I was supposed to leave to Gauteng for work and I left the door open on my arrival in Gauteng I called them again to ask when are they going to fix my door they told me they will call me back and later they called me back and told me I must pay the R4,100 for the door to be repaired I refused and they told me they will tell the manager to call me his name is Mark and he never called me. I believe is the fault of the company because the door was not installed properly cause I believe if it was installed properly it wouldn't have a problem. We hope we will get assistant with this matter as the door remain open and the ******** might ***** the motor gate.
