I will not ever buy or use Roos Garage Doors again.

Actually rating them with 1 star, is being generous. However, in July / August of 2019, I bought a door garage door from Rood Garage Doors in Centurion 3 months down the line the door got damaged, and it was fixed after I lodged a complaint with them.

However, that was short-lived as the door got damaged again. They said the top panel of the door was not strong enough and they are going to change it, that they did. in October of 2020 the same problem occurred.

I called and even sent them an email to lodge a complaint, they then told me the problem is with my structure and it is not strong, hence the door keeps on braking. I actually asked them how do they know how my structure is not strong or not without having to evaluate the structure, at first they told me there's no need to do that as they know it from experience.

I argued that the structure has been rock solid since we extended the house in 2007 and we have no issues like walls cracking or showing signs of damages. If the structure was not strong when they drilled the walls then it would have cracked or got damaged during the installation.

they sent one of their door installers to view the damages, the guy was not even for 10 minutes and He only took pictures and left. 2 hours later one of the directors gave me a call to tell me he was right my wall is not strong yet, there are no signs of cracks or any damaged but their work not being solid and damaged door they installed.

They are not going to fix anything on the door, they take no responsibility for any damages that happened. What is very funny is that when you build or extend a house there are architects and engineers that inspect and sign off the work done as they builder works. but a garage door installer knows better than the engineer and the architect that was inspecting work done by the builder. And he did the inspection by only taking pictures and "inspecting the door and my structure for only 10 minutes he was there.

As things stand the door is falling off and it may damage my cars.
