Do not pay for installation unless 100% satified with satisfied

<p>Roos Garage Doors installed 2 sectional Meranti garage doors. It was very difficult to open the one door from the date of installation. They came back 3 times to "adjust" the door but never got it right. We were told that the problem will go away. We even paid them to service the door twice to resolve the problematic door but the problem still persists. We eventually contacted a specialist to investigate and he pointed out that incorrect springs were installed.</p> <p>We pointed out the problem to Rood Garage Doors and we were told that we sabotaged our own door and that they never installed that springs. We realised that the contractor appointed by Roos Garage Door installed the incorrect springs and Roos is not interested to fix the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be very careful.</p> <p> </p>
