Bad experience with Roos garage

⭐ Very disappointing experience

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and reliability of the garage door supp****/installed by Roos Garage Doors. Within a period of just 12 months, the garage door has already required repairs twice, and unfortunately the problem has still not been resolved.

The door is now experiencing problems again and requires a third repair within 12 months. Having to repeatedly deal with the same issue is frustrating and raises serious concerns about the quality of the product and workmanship.

I expected a much better quality product and service, especially given the cost involved. I hope Roos Garage Doors takes responsibility for the ongoing problem and provides a proper, lasting solution rather than another temporary repair.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend their service
