Appalling and disgusting , lack of service from Roos Garage Doors - PE Branch

I would just like to advise fellow consumers of the terrible and appalling service or lack there of from Roos Garage Doors PE branch , I would never recommend anyone who needs an electric garage door to use them at all , save yourself the headache. They installed my garage door last year July 2020 and it has been a nightmare since then , I've called them out for endless issues with the door more times then I care to keep count. I called them last week thursday as well the 06th May '21 in the morning to report that their door was malfunctioning and only opening halfway and I needed them to send someone from their team urgently to assist as we now need to open the door manually in order for us to exit or enter which puts our safety at risk because people in the street can see that and it exposes us to risk as a family , the lady I spoke to at their office is Bianca and she couldn't be bothered. No sense of empathy , no apology and no sense of urgency the only thing he could tell me is that she'll put me on their list and they could attend to me friday or latest next week. It's next week , I called them today again , note I'm the one making the follow up, spoke to Bianca again , no apology , said they would be sending someone after 15:00 today , my Mom was at home waiting the whole day, they sent no one. and no one even bothered to call and update me. Being appalled is an understatement , I guess I'm no longer of value because I paid for my garage door in full already and I'm no longer of any use to them and they couldn't care less what happens to me or my family , they have new paying customers now , who needs new doors installed which is fresh , new money for them .
